T350 rear speaker / boot solenoid

I know people have spoken before about replacement of rear speakers. has anyone upgraded and fitted themselves larger rear speakers and subsequently had to remove and relocate the boot solenoid. if so experience what you did would be welcome

This isn't that helpful, but...

I know it has been moved, however, as I used someone else to do the installation I am not exactly sure where he moved it.

Still works though, some 6 months later.

The lock on my tailgate failed last Friday. Took it to dealer, who told me that the passenger door solenoid also worked the tailgate!!!

Anyway, my problem was another case of TVR Superglue not being so super. Apparently a stainless steel disc is stuck behind the badge and on pressing the badge, activates the tailgate switch. It had come unstuck and pressing badge had no effect. (That's what they told me anyway.)
Luckily, I had enough fuel to reach the dealer.
