I have a similar problem with my tuscan.I guess the 350's door and windows seal the same way.
On mine there is a tiny gap where the windows touch the seal on the a pillar. When the wind is just right the rain runs down the seal and drops into the footwell.I had nearly a litre once.I have had the doors adjusted but never seals properly,i have now stuck another seal ontop of the original and all is good.
It may be that your doors need a slight adjustment or maybe another problem altogether. Some other people in the tuscan forum had the problem also maybe worth a search.
good luck

I had the same problem on both sides.
I cured it by:
1. Remove the black plastic/rubber surround which runs all the way around the door opening- ONLY the bit from window height down, across the floor and back up to the same height behind your shoulder.
2. Run a thin line of silicone in the groove of the strip
3. Refit the strip and tap it in all the way around.
Hope that makes sense.

There's also a common problem of water getting in through the hole where the accelerator cable runs through into the engine bay. Only happens when the car is standing as water runs of the little gulley under the wipers, straight onto the cable and into the cabin. Easy to check with a jug of water.
