Every day T350? what about track use?
Discussion
I use mine everday.
I think it would be a huge waste not to, and from speaking to people at TVR they agree it is the best thing you can do.
In the month I've owned it I have not encountered anything different from using any other car daily, with the expection of speed bumps, speed in general & fuel useage (oh, any getting noticed a lot).
Not yet ventured onto a track, as wanted to have the car for a while to get used to it a bit, but will certainly be doing so within the next couple of months.

I use mine whenever I can.
Took it to Castle Combe last friday. There was nothing in group 1 that could keep up even though I was short shifting 5.5 - 6k rpm and braking too early.
Brakes are very good with no fade, general balance was good but the back end felt a bit too soft. Lap times were on a par or slightly better than my old Cerb but I was trying in that.

I was also at Combe last Friday. First time on track with my T350c. I was impressed with its performance on track. Quite composed, excellent brakes, pulls like a train. I did feel that the suspension and damping needed stiffening for the track a little; on one occasion the front tyre contacted the bodywork as I changed direction. I have subsequently had adjustable Nitron shocks fitted that certainly make the car feel more 'in touch with the road'. Hopefully I can adjust these to help improve track performance.
I don't use mine as a day-to-day car. However I can see no reason why not other than the noise levels (engine and wind), which I think could become a little wearing on a daily commute.

I have used mine every day (or most days) for the past year in all conditions bar snow without any problems. The T350 is very low though and there can be a problem with speed bumps and exiting car parks where there is a steep camber. I find the warm up procedures mean that I tend to avoid using it if I have short journeys to undertake.
I have taken out insurance for track day cover but not taken the plunge yet.
