Gatwick TVR are presumably not far? I bought my car from mole valley 20 odd months ago, but obviously cant take the car to mole valley any longer. I had a couple of niggles on my Tamora and I must say, I felt far more comfortable leaving it in gatwick tvr's hands - they are focused on TVRs only, did a fantastic job when the car was in, I got much better feedback on what they were going to do/had done to the car, I just generally felt much happier. I know mole valley used to use gatwick tvr for service work, but the direct relationship is much better.
They've only just started being a TVR seller rather than just a service dealer, now that mole valley have given up, and chatting to the owner a couple of weekends back and he was saying it might be difficult to get the new sales side of things started, especially without the sort of roadside shopfront that mole valley enjoyed.... so why not give 'em some support i say!

Due in part to your recommendations I've gone for Gatwick tvr. That and the fact that they're a short train ride from London.
Colour choice is iced titianium. It looks a trillion dollars on the car in real life on the autotrader stand.
October seems a very long time away just now....
