Why the don't the seat belts work ?

Got in the car, the seat belts decided not to play ball & had to drive 50 miles without.

Surely not good. And surely not hard to sort out.

They are tempermental, you have to be vey gentle with them and not get mad, the times I have thrown a hissy fit at them, they have refused to work even more.

Putting on your seatbelt is like making love to a beautiful woman....

If you park them on a slight incline you can get it in the hole much easier, saves all that frantic tugging.

Also, if its being stubborn, going without it for a while makes it much more compliant....

Park up on the right hand side of the road, preferably on a street with a bit of a camber down towards the edges. Your belt will work perfectly! If I park somewhere and the belt won't play ball, I just pull over as soon as possible into a sidestreet as detailed above, and get buckled up.
