I thought that TVR said they would not make the tamora in black. Is this an aftermarket paint job?

black TAMMA? no worries ... I got a mate Dave who works around the arches at Kings Cross and can do a mint job in pearl black on any TVR. Also I'm a little disappointed with the stereo in mine, I opted for a bog standard single CD jobby. Will deffo be upgrading...the afforementioned Dave can do a wicked 12 speaker job.. so much bass you'll be shaking like a s***ting dog.... know what i mean?

It's not aftermarket, it was done by the factory.

Initially they wouldn't do black ones, now they will.

There's at least one more in black.

well if anyone wants one in black for a better price then gimme a shout and I'l pass on Dave's dets . To be honest think black looks pants on a TAMMO , it's alright on something classic like an XR3 (not the injection model) but let's face it, the ladies like lighter colours and that's what it's all about... know what I mean?

Yup! Those on the Back Home Factory Visit saw one in black (under a pile of dust I believe, but then wasn't almost everything?) sitting in the inspection area. Am I correct in recalling it had TVR100 on it and our guide (Lisa) said it was currently the press car (as well as PW's 3rd runabout)?

Looks even more in black.......

....wonder if they'd do one with little black dials and little black lights the light up and ...... (apologies to HHGG fans)

I see a Black Tomora leaving Blackpool (M55 - M6) on TVR truck going for delivery earlier today, those who did the Factory tour at Backhome on Sunday, would have seen it in the Paint area.

There was one (one car ahead of mine) on the production line when I went to see mine in build, that was mid April.
