Avon ZZ3 opinions.

Hi all those in Tamora-land ! I have a 1996 Chimaera and have just ordered a set of 17" Kahns complete with the new Avon ZZ3's , I understand that they are fitted to Tamoras , what are they like ? How do they grip/slide/handle . I would appreciate some comments , thanks. Corin

Corin, I thought the ZZ3s were superb although I'm sure the Tamora suspension settings has as much to do with the handling as the tyres.
Having said that my ZZ3s are sitting in the corner of my garage on my old 16" alloys. The 18" ones just look too good!

I agree with Andrew, Corin. The grip/handling/comfort (and wear rate) compromise on the ZZ3 is excellent. The 18" size comes out in June, I believe, and I will certainly think about using them next time around. The prices are pretty good, too!
