4.0 litre tamora whats that all about?
Discussion
Even if it is 3.6, just follow this tuning tip:
Simply fill in the gaps on the V5 stating that there has been a typo re the cc of your vehicle and that yours is one of the fabled 4ltr models and once the V5 is back you, for all intents and purposes have the 4.0 spec and defy anyone to prove different wafting the V5 in their face as you do!

Another method to measure it is to take a piece of string and put a small weight on one end, remove spark plug and put string through hole. Turn engine from TDC to BDC. Now you have the answer to........ how long is a piece of string!

I can just see that dropping off in the cylinder ... lovely! Better to try with a bit of stiffer wire methinks

The original 4.0l Tuscan has 360bhp.
Wasn't it 380bhp?
My 'original' Oct 2000 Tusc is 4.0L, 360. Red Rose of the time - 4.0L 380 bhp which was a steady situation for many months.(bigger brakes, different suspension setup, I think hydratrack was standard on RR) Bad news is that it seems to be the 4.0s that suffer the finger follower problems. Then it all went squiffy, 4.0 wet sumps, 350 bhp, Rs and S's at 390, 480. The 3.6 350 seems to be the prevalent spec now outside of R's and S's. Dont know whats going in new Cerby S6s now.
