A heartfelt congratulations to Mel

Aside from a fantastic day it was good to be finally beaten by Mel.
Whatever she's had done to the car has transformed her driving and there was nothing I could do. It was 1 a piece but only due to Mel missing a gear but by god did her car still pull so hard even after that she was catching me at the line. Far be it from me to be an ungracious loser and comment on stock vs very modded car or to mention shooting fish in a barrel, Mel beat me. I should have refused to run knowing the enevitable and left her with the 3 year streak or near misses but I am nothing but sporting nor a sore b
d loser that wont run against her again.
Brilliant day but for me it was great to see both Mel and Col over the moon with the mods they've made after the recent stick. Even teh black wheels I was not sure of in the pics but in the flesh they really do look great. You've both got excellent results from tbe mods both in sound and very visible power gains. Nice one!

Mel, In all honesty, you should be congratulated. Your starts were very quick.
Something tells me you didn't indicate and do a mirror check before pulling away.
I did do the above checks but like my launches they were to quick for the human eye
