Getting hold of a HSV in the uk

Hi Guys,

Well to cut a log story short I'm a brit who grew up in Perth Australia and have longed after a HSV ever since I moved back here. V8's just do it for me!
Can anyone give me any info on where to look for a second hand UK HSV (even might consider a new one if the finance is right hehe)?
Has any one ever considered importing an aussie HSV? If so any pros and cons?
Whats it like getting hold of insurance for such a rare car?
Oh and my ideal HSV would be a Maloo pickup(sorry UTE)! Is there any in the uk?
Any help would be great!
You never know, with a bit of help, I might be able to turn up to the 2004 UK HSV club meeting!

Good to see another HSV fan here!

As for cars for sale there are 3 on the web site now www.hsvdriversclub.co.uk or Mark at LSV has 5 or 6 inc. a UTE (not hsv).

There are a few Maloo's about and A 600+ HP ute!

As of April next year HSV will sell new cars through selected Vauxhall dealerships.
