Traction Control Questions

Question 1 - remind me, with the on / off type does the red LED mean on or off?
Question 2 - am I correct in thinking the TC is Racelogic?
Question 3 - what will need changing if I want to upgrade to the variable slip control?

1-Red light on means traction off. Confuses me as well!2-Yes it's race-logic system.
3-Haven't a clue but have heard it's very good.

Good news.

I emailed Racelogic. To upgrade to the variable slip is a sfotware upgrade and a new selector switch. Less the £250.

Very tempting.

Jagsy are we talking about variable slip and launch control because that sounds like a bargain?

I only asked about variable slip. I would imagine the launch control will be an extra - but the good news is its possible. And easy. All it needs is a replacement sw and software upgrade.

By the way I sent you an email via pistonheads - did you get it?

Racelogic has confirmed the £200 + VAT includes launch control. Guess who's up for that then....

Dimensions on new sw box is 65mm x 423mm x 28mm.
