Ok I couldn’t resist….anyhoo where did you find that nice looking wheel? I take it it’s a smaller diameter than stock?
I see you also have the stainless steel plaques on your centre console too thumbup

Yeah, they use a stock OEM core. In this case from a Pontiac GTO so that the airbag and audio controls (not included) can still be used and obviously it bolts straight on.
The diameter is reduced by somewhere between 20-30mm. Its hard to measure!
I reckon the standard size is between 385-390mm (side to side).
This customized wheel measures just over 360mm, obviously top to bottom is less because of the flat.
The entire rim is thickened too.
Its hard to quantify really, but I can't stress enough how different if feels to drive. That extra thickness and reduction in diameter has made all the difference I had hope for.
The flat bottom also helps me getting in and out of the car too.
Bought it from AZA AutoWheel, think it took around 10 weeks to arrive and a good dose of faith because you pay in full upfront.
As a bonus, my stock VXR wheel is kept for a sale or swap back later if required. So I will get a little £ something back at least.
Expensive? Yes, but the car is a keeper and it really is the one thing you engage with most! Very pleased.smile
