Had a recent issue with a failing battery ( was only 2 years old), which I have replaced now.
During the " dodgy", battery period,it caused numerous faults to be flashed up.
Now,the car is running fine, with the exception that I have to wurr it over for ages, before it catches and starts, both from cold and hot.
Any thoughts on the cause? Everything was fine before the battery issue.
It's 2004/5 CV8, large boot Monaro.

My first option is put a new earth wire on straight from the battery to the engine and try that , also try the on board diagnostic display and see what’s it’s charge is pre start and during starting

On my old VT, after many years, the battery terminal connectors needed replacing, might be that?
Had to call the Roadside assistance people at the time as the car ground to a halt. They cleaned them up and said you might want to replace them as soon as you can.
The Holden ones were a bit flimsy when I compared them to some aftermarket ones from the local Auto parts place.
