Monaro good vibes ;)

I went to see Roisin Murphy (formerly of Moloko) on Thursday Evening at the Brixton Academy with a mate, fantastic show!
On Friday Morning I had the Monaro booked in for its for its MOT, the plan was to put my bike in the boot of the car, then leave the car at the garage, and cycle home and go back later and pick the car up later when it was mot'd, as I'd assumed it might need some brake work doing after its layup over winter. But that plan went down the drain when I managed to snap the derailleur off the bike when I unloaded it from the boot of the Monaro, which would have meant a very long walk home! I got a lift back home (with the bike in the boot) (thanks Richard ) but half way home I got a call to say that the Monaro had passed (just some advisories to deal with) so a rapid U turn was done and I drove home in the Monaro with a fresh MOT. Nice to be back in a V8 after the last 8 months on two wheels
Second bit of spooky good Karma was today at Halfords whilst getting a bucket and sponge to clean the Monaro. For a long time I've liked these Autozam AZ1's, the're as rare as hens teeth in the UK, but guess what parks next to me in the car park, an AZ1!
I think the Monaro is pleased to be back out again!
