I want to buy that just for the charger, brakes and diff.

Surely will be broken for spares. Must be nice not to need to do that.

Tempted to buy, swap charger and kit over, sell car on, probably still get most of the money back.

How old is the charger? And is it intercooled?

looks like it is-you can see the cooler top up lid just behind the expansion bottle

I think the charger was fitted around 2010 with intercooler by Picadors in Southampton. It was running higher boost than standard too.

I sold the car about 7 years ago.
