Has anyone got a photo of an LS2 Monaro VXR with the Pedders low suspension kit fitted? I've scoured the internet but its surprisingly difficult to find a clear photo which shows the ride height/arch gap on standard wheels.

Also, does anyone have any idea why the CV8 kits are £48.91 cheaper than the VXR kits on Pedders UK? The individual components listed all seem to be the same.

Would it not be easier to buy the xa coilover kit then just set the height where you want it , my cv8 has it fitted so much better than before and not overly firm , but all of its adjustable , the low kit maybe an issue clearing bumps etc , even standard ride height with headers can cause clearance issues

I had spotted your post during my hunt. It’s probably the most accurate I found, thank you for the link.

I was originally going to go down the coil over route but my car is used exclusively on the road. Never tracked.
I know coil overs can certainly be used on the road but it seems unnecessary in my situation.
I just want to give the suspension a refresh and drop it a little in the process

Having used the measurements on the Pedders site, it looks like the low setup would give me a 10-15mm drop on the front which doesn’t sound like a lot.

This is mine on 'standard' new Pedders suspension.
NB its a 5.7vxr, but that won't make any difference for comparsion with the 6.0vxr.
My wheels, although aftermarket are 19 inch running stock vxr sized tyres and wheel offsets so a fair comparison.
I think its a tad lower than it was even though quoted as standard.

Found some more on my phone which are a better view. The back end is where the drop is most noticeable to standard.

Thank you for going to such effort, appreciate it!

I would be happy with that drop on mine.

Do you remember if you used the spring spacers on the back?

No problem and can confirm the spacers are not in beer

The pedders coilovers are perfectly comfy on the road, and then you can make the ride height perfect

Cheers! Doesn’t look too far off standard in that pic?

My car needs another new throttle body, so fresh suspension is on the back burner once again.
