Be interesting to see what it makes, was going to have a cheeky bid as it's a standard 5.7vxr (rare) and would make a nice sister to my modded 5.7 vxr, but thanks to the f'ing cost of living I darent unless it's a bargain 🤔

Mine starts without the clutch too. Its a 5.7 VXR - like mine, with a throttle cable rather than fly-by-wire arrangement.
I prefer it this way

Can be mapped out, it's just a setting in the tune to require the clutch to be pressed to start.

Its not cheap-its fetched a good price like most of their lots-hard to sell old gas guzzlers atm

Chap I sold it to was moving house and also hoped it might get featured on bangers and cash. Interested to see if it pops up at a dealer or on one of the groups.

Need to keep track of it incase I feel the urge again!

Some of the prices paid at Matthewsons are mad but that Monaro was just below it’s expected, I think.

wrong color[for me anyway-only because its a pita to touch up properly] wrong miles too,although they take miles well its nice to have sub 50/60 k,however its the sweet spot model being vxr 5,7 and cheap tax,plus being already mentioned its a cable throttle car,so less grief with that,if all well mechanical should be a good car for the lucky new owner
