Bit of an odd one

Since the cold weather arrived on starting my 05 Ro first thing in the morning, check engine flashes and chimes and my dash goes blank, radio and heater/air con doesn't work but engine and lights all okay. After a few minutes all goes back to normal and doesn't happen again till first start next day. Only use car at weekend usually so in car port undriven all week.
Anyone else had this or any ideas?

How old is your battery? Could be on its way out.

Freezing temperatures have been playing havoc on some of our electronic systems at work, eg small LED screens with a blank display until not as cold.

Thanks for the input peeps. Battery is fine and not very old. Still happening but goes back to normal after a couple of minutes every time, Think it's just the cold and damp getting in as It's really only used at weekends
