LS1 / 5.7 engine cover mounting

Hi all, could anyone with a 5.7 shed any light on the engine cover mounts? Mine was missing when I bought the car and I’ve picked up a cheap cover, but looking for the little posts screwed to the cam covers / brackets, I’m only finding parts for LS2 onwards.

Any part numbers or pics of the cover removed much appreciated.

This is to mount the silver and black single piece turtle shell cover?

There are 2 metal brackets that bolt to the top of the valve covers. Although memory is failing me that there was also a 3rd very small bracket. Maybe a 4th to, looking at the above link. Don't think you'll get brand new ones, second hand should be easy. They are on Ebay Oz, plug VX Commodore Gen3 engine cover brackets into it.

The VZ 5.7 LS1, had the dual covers, Monaro with electronic throttle body if you have that one.

I have a 5.7 VY Ute that had the black / silver turtle shell cover on, I suspect it'll have the brackets you need, which you're welcome to have?
