Don't think it's a vxr, front bumper and grill looks wrong on it.

It would seem to be a 5.7 litre
big road tax car sadly, but not the worst failure in the world for the mot either
brake pipes and flexis mainly-what you would expect to have to replace on any car of that age

well worth the saving imho

My car's twin... One of 34 red "small boot 5.7" Monaros. Hurts my heart to see it in this state cry
Someone please save it from the scrapper.

It's a small boot, " 05' " CV8 as per front bumper/side lights and both side exhaust outlets.
The twin exhaust pairs are on VXR's, CV8 has a large single exhaust outlet either side.
Not clear on the photo but have twins been installed to the semi-circular bumper cut-outs? The true VXR cut-outs are rectangular.
The spoiler isn't VXR, there's no centre support pillar above the Vauxhall badge. VXR badges could be got on eBay.
The 2 additional red lights are probably to replace the original centre fog light, sometimes known to fail in the bulb connector area. (Hella do a suitable round single replacement)

This is very sad to see.

The MOT history is interesting. That's a lot to deteriorate in 1 year. Proof if it were ever needed that it's best to stay on top of the little jobs. Otherwise, they become big problems.

This car needs saving.

I noticed on Facebook people were saying the car is not for sale and basically don't bother asking about it.
