The paint is come off on a few places on the rear spoiler is just like small stone chips but I know it will not be that, on closer inspection the spoiler has lots of micro blisters on it so will need repainting, I just wondered if anyone else has had theirs done recently as I was quoted £500, maybe i am just a tight git but i thought that was a bit steep. Thanks,.

I think that's a bit steep. My local guy who does very impressive work quoted me £500 for a full bonnet blended in to the wings

Hi Stewart, Who did you get a quote from? Have you asked Jock for a price?

Thanks Dave that sounds more realistic to me I did think my quote seemed high, Andy no I didnt ask Jock as I was unaware he did painting it may be worth asking him.

Hello. Price of painting and, quality of painting varies considerably as we know
£500 is a lot for just a spoiler though, even if it’s the best job ever.
Incidentally I see your in Isle of Man. I recently sent some engine mounts there , was it you?

Hi, I did think it was excessive that's why I asked on here but to be fair I have not had paint work done for a while so was unsure. No it was not me that wanted the engine mounts maybe it was Bones for his Ute to my knowledge there is one monaro one ute and a VXR8 over here.
