Monaro 04 CV8 Propshaft doughnut

After it’s winter lay off I took my Ro out for a run and from pull away experienced a clonking underneath but only at slow speeds in first gear. And now having had my local garage take a look all became clear - a knackered prop centre rubber doughnut, probably perished from standing!

I’m sure it’s been mentioned a trillion times before but where are they now available from please?

AAS of Newcastle will probably have one in stock, they did for mine.
Otherwise MWP of Chester or Walkinshaw Performance.
Alternatively, you can get one from the states pretty swift.

rock auto in the states sell em too. depends how quick you want it. less than a week from rock

allow 1 hour labour if it plays and comes apart ..2 or more if its well stuck

Seems to be a thing. Ive had 2x front right wheel bearing in two years, and just had a 1 year old alternator fail . Gotta hunt down genuine parts, there is a lot of knock off rubbish about these days.
