Hello Everyone.

Could anyone recommend a good anti-corrosion car underseal company please?

Preferably in south east England.

Many thanks,

Paul.

I had mine done last month by Martin at https://www.protectorust.co.uk/

Good choice of products, incredible price and he actually does it properly. If you wait, which you will, his lovely wife fills you with tea and sandwiches in the heated summer house! Fantastic experience and I can't recommend him enough.

I went for the Bilt Hamber.
He's over at Lodsworth. Here's a couple of mine in the air

Thanks for your replies.

There's a Land Rover anti-corrosion specialist near me that uses DINITROL products. They also provide anti-corrosion treatment for other makes and models of cars.

Has anyone had DINITROL products applied to their Monaros or VXR8s please and and they any good?

Bearing in mind the hard life lived by many Land Rovers and the likelihood that that are probably quite prone to rust I would think that the DINITROL treatment must be effective if they are used

Many thanks,

Paul.

Mine was Dinitrol'd when I bought it. Previous owner had it done. Seems pretty good, although mine is probably a bad example as I only use it in the dry mainly and it's never seen a salty road in my ownership, as is laid up for the winter.

Thanks for your reply.

I'll have a look into the various types of treatments available.

All the best,

Paul.

One treatment I can heartily recommend and i used when I did a full resto on my Honda Accord Type R, is the Rustbullet system. It's not cheap but the protection is like marine grade strength and it leaves a lovely gloss finish. It looked amazing on my ATR.

Had my Monaro Dinitrol'd a few years ago - I'm north of the wall though, it was a place just outside Glasgow so no use to you. Certainly seems to be lasting well apart from the bits where I've disturbed it: replacing fuel line, suspension replacement and more. Planning to get it in for an inspection and top up in the next few weeks. Had thought about buying some cans and doing it myself but I'm struggling for time and I suspect it'll be a right messy job!

Hi Everyone.

Has anyone used and could recommend Before N After, based near Rugby (https://before-n-after.co.uk)?

They use a modified version of Waxoyl which is more abrasion resistant and have been in the rust proofing business for over 30 years, according to their website.

Many thanks,

Paul.

Another vote for Dinitrol here, mine was done a couple of years ago and still looks fantastic. Can be easily maintained with a rattle can to repair any damage from jacking up etc.

Mine was done by these guys - https://pro-tectservices.co.uk/
