I know this has been covered before but I want to ask a quick question.
I have replaced the sensors and looms so it down to the hub/bearing now.
Is the pick up in the hub or the bearing, in other words do I replace the whole hub or just the bearing?
Thanks in advance.

Hi mate, what was the problem with the ABS if you dont mind me asking. I have a problem also. CV8 2005 Monaro

When I am just rolling to a stop I get what feels like ABS judder through the pedal. I have replaced the ABS unit ( built into the front hub, so you have to change the whole unit ) cleaned all the connections on the ABS leads, but still have the problem. Disconnect the lead and all is well. ??????

I cant find any replacement front ABS leads ( discontinued items ), so just running with the lead disconnected at the moment

Cheers

the bumping can happen if the abs sensor to sensor ring pick up gap is not correct , more common as a rear abs sensor issue as the rears seem to be more common to fail

It might be worth checking the earth connection to the chassis rail beneath the ABS module. They are know to corrode and throw a few faults.

Cheers for that. The fault is only with the NSF abs unit, but as you say earth faults can throw up the most unusual faults !!

Is this the earth connection that you're referring to:
