Evening.
I'm considering doing this upgrade, I'm just unsure what the Monkfish RRP consisted of.
I know it included the very front radius rod bushes, but don't know what else was.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Ta.

Believe it was adjustable radius rod bushings, drop link bushes and anti roll bar bushes.

On the rear suspension you will need the rear diff insert ( there are two types ) you will also need anti roll bar and drop link bushings.
To finish off replace the two large subframe bushings located just in front of the rear wheels.
Don't forget to get it aligned correctly afterwards.
In fact I would mark up the rear subframe in relation to the chassis before you do anything. This will get it roughly in the correct position when you're finished...... Hopefully.

I forgot to mention, to replace the rear anti roll bar bushings you will need to lower the diff to get the retaining bolts out.
I spent a whole day trying to do the job with the diff in place.
Surprisingly that didn't work, the good news was I only lost a couple of pints of blood with various hand injuries, and I need minimal counselling afterwards.

poly bushing my whole car has transformed the handling , But when your replacing 15 year old rubber bushes ( although still passing mots ) it hardly surprising.

It is slightly more noisy and the ride has got a little bit more bouncy ( kept springs and shocks standard) but definitely worth it in my opinion

as above the diff insert is a must , it was a noticeable improvement reduced the rear end bouncing around when putting power down

I do have Dan Mugglestones rear subframe alignment tool boxed up ready to send back to him.

If you require it let me and or dan know and instead of sending it back to him, I'll send it on.
