Evening!
Can anyone tell where the condensate drain is located on the Monaro - if it even has one?
Any car/van I've had with air con always leaves a puddle of condensation on the floor when the a/c is running, thing is I've never had a puddle under the Monaro which just has me wondering where the drain is. I'm hoping its not blocked or going somewhere it shouldn't!
Thoughts?

Mine always leaves a puddle if the AC is running. Drain point is somewhere around the gearbox.

I usually get quite a bit of water from the air conditioning pooling under the front of the gearbox, just around the bell housing area. I suspect there might be one drain tube either side but I'm not 100 % sure.
If your aircon is blowing cold air and the interior of the car isn't getting wet it's probably OK.
On one of my old cars I had this problem, I just crawled underneath and poked the drain tubes with a piece of plastic tubing which cleared them out, it was fine after that.

Answering this myself in case its of any use...
The drain point comes out of the shell just off centre on the N/S above the gear box at dash level. It has a very stubby drain tube only an inch or so long. The O/S having a grommet where it would be fitted on the LHD Pontiac etc..
Easily visible from under the car, mine is draining just fine, I hadn't left it stood running long enough with the a/c on to notice before.
All good!biggrin
