VXR8 - Dealer options when new

I have an 07 VXR8 in Phantom Black, it has Sat Nav + a DVD player in the roof, which plays on both the drop down screen and front stereo.
What were the list options available at purchase?
The Sat Nav, I think was £1500 or so I read.
I wonder though, how would you have spec'd something from new. Would the cars have been built already and thus had to be retrofitted in the UK?

When I bought mine in 2009, and if I remember correctly, the only factory options were the colour, manual or auto and Sat Nav so not a lot to choose from....I think the colour and manual/auto all cost the same and the sat nav was about £1500 so I got a Tom Tom with live traffic instead.
