Monaro Shift Lock?

Hi,

short question: Does the Monaro with automatic transmission have a "shift lock"? The battery was dead. After charging the battery, I cannot move the shift lever out of the park position. The tips from the manual weren't helpful....

Hi, I've never seen an automatic Monaro in the flesh, but here is an online parts guide that might help.

Sounds like the inhibitor switch is possibly faulty
