Application of Vauxhall badges - in Australia or UK?

I’ve always wondered what Monaros in particular actually arrived with from Oz. For example were the Vauxhall badges, the Vauxhall start up message, wheel centre emblems, and anything else ‘non Holden’ applied in Adelaide before being shipped over or were they put on in the UK at the respective Vauxhall dealers?

Also do any photos exist of UK bound Monaros waiting to be loaded onto their transporters / ships?

Badges applied in Aus I got my new Vauxhall front badge direct from Aus, also the Pontiac GTO built in Aus too LHD the reason why they were changed from under tank (large boot) to tank behind seat (small boot) was to get it through the US regs.
