Hi all, I would like a set of 20” staggered rims for the Ute. Does anyone have the best rim widths and offsets front and rear if going for 20”?
Cheers

standard on 20s is 9.5 rear and 8 on the front , is yours standard ride height , if you can’t find holden 20inch as they can be £££ there are some options around bmw wheels but you will need a set of spigot rings , the cars are normally running better handling wise on 19 inch rims

Thanks for that! That helps a lot. I would consider a staggered set of 19’s to be fair. It’s just that the standards are just a bit skinny at the rear. Just want a tougher stance

It is hard to see your current wheels on there but they look like painted VE II MY10 Redline wheels, they were also on the G8 Pontiac GXP. They only come in one size unfortunately. 19x8. The later 2013 onwards VF Redlines have 19x8.5 at the front and 19x9 at the rear, there was an option 20x8.5 and 20x9 on the back, My ute has that combo on it.
The early Redline wheels VE II MY10 + MY12 and the VF MY14 have the light forged alloys whereas the later VF MY15/ VFII MY16/MY17 have cast ones. Later VE II MY12 Redline had 19x8.5 all around. The ones to seek if you want to go down the Redline path are the VF MY14 which are lightweight and staggered but they will probably cost a lot to get hold of over there. They come in polished chrome or gloss black.
The one sticking issue is the brakes. If you want to put larger brakes on, you have to be careful with some of the optional/stock Holden wheels as they don't clear Brembo calipers, All the Redline ones do.

Waffled on a bit in this post!!

The HSV wheels are a different size again, 20x8.5 and 20x9.5 as VXR2010 has mentioned.
All the VE/VF HSV and Holden wheels will fit.

Hopefully the mods will allow these links, not from my home forum but the US ones. Plenty of pictures.

Maybe raid US tirerack to see which wheels will fit and see if they are available in the UK.
