Pedders.co.uk

Put your cars details in and then go to 'springs & shocks'.
Scroll down to the 'rear spring' section and you'll see on the RHS the standard ride height replacement code 2589.
I'd personally replace both sides.

Easy job. Jack up..remove wheel.. remove lower shock bolt. Lever shock away. Lever spring out. Using big bar move lower arm down. Pop spring In. This needs 2 people ideally. One to hold scaff bar one to fit spring. Jack lower arm up. Fit lower shock bolt. Refit wheel and lower

if there is only one of you working on it try spring compressors they are not much £ to buy , be carful of pressure on any brake lines

Thanks for all the advice. Pedders springs fitted a treat,

I used a little scissor jack to push the hub down, after removing the top nut on the shock absorber. (bottom mounts were too tight to seperate)

Yoss.
If you get any rattles or knocks from the rear, check the top mounts for your rear shocks. Slacken them right off, make sure the rubber mount is seated correctly against the body work then tighten the nut to 10lb/ft only.
