Has any one had this fault. It has come up on the dash that I have a ABS fault and the engine simbel comes up on the dash.
It has also disabled the traction control and is bleeping at you all the time.

I had a similar ABS/Traction Control problem last week (without the EML) and it was just a Rear ABS sensor so a quick fix

Hopefully it is something as simple as that!

Yep had the same, nearside ABS speed sensor, fixed that and all lights went out, seems the engine fault light at the same time is a generic, it throws up because of the other fault

Have had ABS fault on the Monaro, same thing, disables ABS and TC (a good time to explore the wonders of locked up brakes lol)

Was also just a wheel speed sensor in the rear. Hopefully they'll easier to set free than in the Monaro thumbup

It will either be one of the sensors, or the rear wiring harness

How did you get the rear sensor out of a Monaro?

My rear ABS sensors would benefit from shimming as per the factory advisory to stop the TC warning on the dash under strong acceleration. My sensors are very clean, low mileage but seized. I phoned Roger (Monkfish) and he said he's never successfully been able to remove Monaro rear ABS sensors.

That’s for your help guys, I will see if I can get under the car this weekend.
If I can’t fix it I will take it to Walinshaw.
