Looking to possible refresh the suspension at some point and at the options available from Pedders.
Does anyone know how much drop the 'low' kit will give over the stock VXR ride height? I can't afford too much of a drop due to driveway issues!

Low will be fine, not too much lower than standard. This is Pedders super low on the front

If you find the rear end drop is too low you can buy spacers from pedders. These are a synthetic disc that fit between the the spring and the standard Spring seat.
If you want you could fit them on the top and bottom of each rear Spring. These lift the car around 10mm depending on thickness.
However I don't think there is anything for the front. If you need to raise the front end a little bit try a new spring that has the VXR ride height.

I've a set of used low or super low, I can't recall which, springs cluttering up the shed smile
I found them both too low and too hard. I kept the Pedders shocks and had the above swapped for VXR springs which suited me better on a CV8. YMMV.

If your shocks are standard and have been on for any length of time I'd very strongly consider replacing especially when/if you change springs.

I have the low springs on my car, and to be honest the ride height actually went up a smidge because the old standard springs had sagged so much over time.
