Fuel Pipes

I need new fuel and brake pipes. I know you can get custom kits to make up brake pipes but the fuel pipes are apparently unique. Any suggestions of where to get fuel pipes for a 04 Monaro CV8.

Thought the fuel pipe was 3/8" and that it was readily available in copper?

Apparently, there are rubber/plastic mouldings on the end that fit on the fuel tank, or so my mechanic says

Anyone with experience and ability should be able to adapt...this might rule out a lot of garages though.

I wouldnt like to guess what factory original pipes might cost though, or even how easily you might get hold of them. They'd certainly need to come from Oz or the US if an early GTO is the same.

Certainly metal, copper, whatever could be adapted and used, but it will require the ability to connect to whatever fittings etc are used, or else change them
