As the title, is it ? I have read that anything Holden prior to 2006 is not compliant with OBD2 readers, not sure if that is correct.
If it is , is there a code reader out there that can be used on the Monaro and can be used with Andriod Torque App ?
Cheers

My 04 cv8 works with obd 2 , there are various apps you can download on iphones etc that give even more info than a simple code reader

If you get a decent reader
https://www.amazon.co.uk/OBDLink-427201-ScanTool-B...
You'll be able to use Torque with no problems, as I do on my 04 Cv8. I have tried cheap readers but whether they work is entirely hit or miss.

I bought a Snap-on Ethos+ recently to use with my Bmw X5 off ebay and was hoping it would have Vauxhall Monaro on it thinking I would be able to use it for my VY Ute.
Unfortunately it doesn't, but I have now found out that Snap-on have upgrades at the end of last year that will support my VY SS Ute. I haven't got around to paying for the upgrade yet as I don't regularly see Mr Snap-on. Just a thought...

an ebay 15£ code reader will work it tells you fault codes , the app i said above is an iphone app don’t know if it’s on android too but probably is , it’s called Four stroke , it just needs a wifi obd plug which is not much and that tells you a lot more

My code reader works on my Ro but hit and miss with others..it's a Ro thing I think.
I've got torque and a Bluetooth one too that works fine
