I don't have a monaro.. but I do have an LPG'd LSV8
Discussion
My LS2 is LPG'd, and has done about 120k on LPG. No issues whatsoever and still runs great
I did find out to my cost though that there is a lot to be said for a well-specced quality LPG installation. Once it was all sorted I had a petrol and LPG back to back dyno run, and the drop was about 8 bhp at the top end. The rest of the power band was more or less identical.

Mine is a multipoint system with a King mirroring ecu that I purchased from TinleyTech and ran on the old RV8 engine for many years.
I had a terrible misfire on the LQ9 and everyone on the US forums said it won't be the coils, the truck coils especially are very powerful.
Well I have Magnecor KV85 leads and iridium plugs so was assuming I had a problem elsewhere.
On the off chance, I decided to gap my plugs down to 0.65mm and the misfire has all but disappeared.
On another note, I'm going to buy HPtuners so that I can have a bit of a tweak with the settings and get cruise control working. The tuning company I sent my ECU to to remove VATS didn't fill me with confidence.
