Doesn't appear to be much information on the web about these units, other than their website/ebay/trademe listings? About a third the cost of something like a wavetrac, there must be a reason they are so cheap?

I'm curious about these as my diff is misbehaving and I am back in NZ next month so could pick one up easily enough. Hmm.

Reading the add, it sounds like a copy of a Truetrac, but as mentioned above there's not much else to go on.
It seems like a good price, but if its cheap and made in China? I wouldn't bother.
I had a Truetrac as they seem to be very popular, I hated the damn thing, and eventually shelled out again and fitted a Wavetrac which is great.
The down side of course was the cost, my wife was not exactly over the Moon with that one!!!!! Come think of it she went into nuclear melt down when I bought some AP's.....you have been warned.!
