Hi everyone,
I've had a check engine sign that comes on,but you can cancel it,and the car is running fine.
However,it reappears every single time I restart the car.
So, I bought a simple OBD11 reader.
P0002 comes up as a fault?
and B0080.
Assuming I'm reading it correctly?
Does anyone know what they mean.
Cheers
Simon.

From the US forums for the first code:

P0002 - Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Range/Performance

Not sure what that means though. Trying to find something for the second code

P0002 trouble code definition. The P0002 code is associated with the electrical circuit which connects to your fuel pressure regulator. It also may be related to other codes, such as: P0001, P0003, or P0004.

B0080 Code Description:

The oxygen (02) sensors on your car measure the oxygen in the exhaust to determine how rich or lean the ratio of fuel and air are in the cylinders. Optimizing this mixture means better fuel economy and fewer exhaust emissions. When you see B0080 engine fault code on your engine code reader this description will help you.

when you push the button to clear it does it go away dash wise ? and you read codes after you had cleared it ? i’m no guru but i know 02 sensors play up and codes go away , i have that on mine occasionally but had no codes showing after

I used to have a post cat O2 code and electrical trouble code come in, clear themselves then come in later after driving. New 02 sensor and the codes never reappeared. It appears the electrical trouble code was the duff sensor pulling a voltage down elsewhere.

Where did you get the B code from vxr2010? All I see is seat issues.

B0080 enginecodenet , as i said i’m no guru , but it sounds like o2 sensors which are a common fault but not much can be done about them as they are a bit of a random fault , but maybe some one will come along who knows more than me

Relatively cheap to fix if it is the issue (O2 that is). Just get lots of plusgas on the sensor and allow it to penetrate.

Thanks guys, I will see about drenching the o2 in plus gass.
It makes sense that it's that, because the car runs fine,no emissions issues, just had perfect MOT and it's been going on for ages.
The check engine message comes up every time I start up,but you can clear it,it never comes up until you start up again.

input brand new or old , they had no effect on my emissions mot time , maybe i was lucky i bought the correct tool to get them off and had no issues changing them , i ordered from ebay au they were around 30£ or so for a pair of them

What do you call the correct tool?

02 sensor socket, I think it's either 22 or 27 mm.
