Ls3 oil cooler

Car is a hsv maloo ve2 ls3 , Very simply has any one fitted an oil cooler before , benefits of it does it really work , and which kit did you use ? or is it asking for more trouble of places for oil to leak from ? plus any other tips , thanks in advance

Its worthwhile for hard track driving or hot climates.

For a standard or mildly uprated car you don't really need an oil cooler despite the amount of heat they throw off. However if you just want one then check out the Mishimoto site as they list two types for the GTO, as ever they are not cheap!!!! then again what is for these cars.

It's worthwhile if your oil is getting too hot.

Measure your oil temps to determine if you need one.
