Front Fog light bulb, CV8 Monaro Help!
Discussion
I'm assuming the other fog light is working so that rules out a fuse I think. Although unlikely, its possible to have a fuse for each side.
Based on the location of the lights, being very exposed to the elements, I'd be checking for poor contacts and wiring around that area. Have a look for anything obvious.
If possible get poking around with a multimeter.

Check the fuses.
They are wired weirdly - when I got my Ute both dipped beams worked, but the fogs were dim, and when I put it on full beam one fog got dimmer, the other went out and I only had one full beam.
I was beginning to think the loom was knackered so got an auto electrician out. He changed the headlight fuse and it was all fine. Turns out that although it has a LH and RH headlamp fuse if one blows it is wired in a way that allows both dipped beams to still work.
