How on earth do you remove a CV8 bumper?

I've found guides online but i'm still stuck.

Got the screws in the wheelarch and above the grill but it's still attached somewhere. I can't see any more screws anywhere, nothing behind the number plate that i can see.

From Memory 2004 CV8 (not the VXR version)
The three screws on the slam panel, top of the bumper.
Two screws on the arch section of the bumper.
The bumper clips into a rail on the bottom of the wing. You have to pull the bumper away from the wing not forward but away.
They can take some pulling once the clips let got and you pull the arch section out past the splash guard the bumper just lifts off forwards.
Don't forget the fog light wires.
Also if your number plate is screwed on these may hold the bumper to the crash bar behind.

On the VXR there are two brackets that hang down underneath in front of the radiator I seem to recall, these may be on the cv8 and perhaps screw to the underside of the bumper?

If not as above, the bumper sort of hugs the front of the car, so you need to open its arms out a little bit at the arches for it to come forwards and off thumbup

I hope you are getting there as far as getting the bumper off , im assuming it’s going for some touch up , but when you take it off have some under sealant ready it’s worth doing the chassis rails and other areas as a bit of preventative work , the chassis rails from memory are not sealed at the end so it’s like an open tunnel for crud
