I know these little pellets are a contentious subject. But I recently put some in my CV8. I go to my mum's every Sunday for lunch about 60 mile round trip on single carriageway A roads always the same amount of traffic/Sunday morons about and average about 40 45 mph regularly reset trip computer and reads about 22 mpg. Early day's I know but having done the same journey three times I now average 25.5 mpg. Go figure! Same fuel as always use Shell V Power so no variables there and have been doing the same journey for years. Was extremely sceptical but must admit it does seem to work!

During WW2 the RAF used something similar to increase the performance of their aircraft when they were forced to use low grade fuel. So who knows maybe they do work?
