Monaro front top sprint seats (under top mounts?)

Having recently taken my VXR Monaro to get the top mounts replaced (needed doing badly), I was advised to get new spring seats which apparently sit between the rubber top-mount and spring itself. Not having personally taken the front struts off I'm not sure what this looks like or what part number I need to look for - does anyone know what part this is and where to get them? I'm guessing it's some kind of stamped dish type thing - I know they're prone to rusting. Unfortunately where this has been discussed in the past, various image links no longer work so can't find a visual reference!

Speak to someone who breaks them , speed4u? raving i know there’s others , i could not find any new ones on line , last option is suspension upgrade time sounds like a good excuse to me
