Hello,

Saw you last week but managed a very quick chat at traffic lights today.

Car looked really nice and sounded great, miss my V8. Sold mine in August after 6 happy years.

Ignore the diesel estate daily smoker I was in, my car went to a good home he is on here.

I'm sure will see you again.

John

Hi mate, I’ve still not seen a single Monaro on the road down here! Exclusive yes but a bit lonely.
This was Lastmin’s before it was mine

Hi Paul, seen some of your threads it's gone to a good home, in 6 years I never saw on the road another monaro whilst in mine.

Found a replacement but still miss the monaro on some trips

I hoped nobody would ever ask!........ it’s one of those generic flexible rubber ones off eBay. About £5 delivered. It’s self adhesive but I didn’t trust it so put a very small screw underneath at ends and corners

I do love a 911 John! Probably about the only car that would tempt me away from the Monaro....is yours a C2 or 4?

My old 964

Yes remember you mentioning you had already scratched the Porsche itch.

Went for a 996.1 manual 3.4 C4 nice change from the last few rwd cars been well looked after nice thing to drive. Not as silly priced as air cooled stuff has gone.

I wouldn’t pay air cooled tax! When mine was £12k that was fine but in no world would I part with £40k for one. Never driven a C4 but they make good sense. Yours looks great, like those wheels!
