South East Uk Monaro Specialists

Hi All

Not been around these parts for a long while but the old girl is in need of some TLC and I was just wondering what the current recommendations are for reliable Monaro care?

I have used Picadors and Monkfish in the past but both are a heck of a long way and I'm loathed to drive too far with the engine warning light on.

I've had 2 dreadful experiences with Drive Aldershot (my closest Monaro accredited dealer) 5 years back but times change and I wonder if they have too?

So if anyone has had any experience with them or know of a decent new place anywhere in the South East I'd be very grateful for any recommendations.

I went to Drive in Alderst once with my Monaro. they hadn't heard of a Monaro before and thought I was talking about a Movano van.

Nothing surprises me with Drive, I was hoping maybe they had got their act together, maybe they got taken off the accredited list so really dont know what a Monaro is.

i should add i went to drive Aldershot years ago with the Monaro and had that experience but they won't have got any better as they can hardly ever see the cars these days with the number around !

How South East do you need?

Neil Johnson is near Maidstone (NWJ Autocare) or if you want more south than south east there's Carl Herkes in Southampton.

I can vouch for how bad Drive Aldershot were....my first service there (in 2008) led me to join on here and find monkfish (so some good came of it). The amount of lost business (especially as I have my cav mk2 fetish also).
