'02 VU R8 Maloo fuel pump.

Happy New Year!

Maloo cut out, no fuel pressure, no power to relay and fuel pump fuse blown. Replaced fuse and all well so am assuming that pump needs replacing. Can anybody help with part number/supplier please?

Any help/guidance appreciated.

If the fuse is blown, you'd be well to check wiring first. Unplug wiring as close to the pump as possible, replace the fuse and then see if there is power ok at the connector when you key on ( pump will turn on for a few seconds each time you key on )

Just in case you're buying parts a little too early and there is an issue elsewhere.

Given loads of people upgrade their pumps, someone might have an old unit knocking about, or it may be just as handy to go with a basic Walbro 255 "upgrade" as they're usually fairly cheap.
