Driver was enjoying leaving little gaps then a brief acceleration followed by some pops and bang.

Be interested to know what mods you've done to get that sound

Could have been me, I had a day down in Glasgow last week and went through the West end.

My car pops along, but I bought it like that, seller didn't know so mods remain a mystery.
