Don't bother with Thurlow Luton for parts

My annoyance was that i planned it for this Saturday, called my local Hemel parts dept who aren't able to supply, they're really helpful though.
Called the Thurlow parts number last Friday, and gave them my tradeclud number, etc, and the guy said he'd order it for Tuesday, no payment needed when i asked.
I then go to the Airport way branch, which take them 30 mins to tell me i'm in the wrong Luton dealership, and have to go to Dallow Road, but i'm told they've got it, and that's where it is.
Get to Dallow Road, and they've not got it, nobody knows anything about it, and they wouldn't of ordered it without payment, etc.
By that point a 10 min detour to get some oil and a filter has turned into nearly an hour of nothing-ness.
