Maybe avoid Hel make of hose, unless they can assure you the fronts now have the mounting bracket included. You need 6 hoses, 2 fronts, 2 rears and 2 for the rear sub frame.

Or give HEL a ring, think Bens on holiday at the mo but they'll be able to make up the kit to your requirement. I've used them on a couple of cars and never had any issues at all.

Hi vxkev, where did you source your new hoses in the end? Possibly a dim question, but can you replace all of the hard lines with braided items?

Possibly. Yes you could but it is prohibitively expensive and they are not as good as solid lines for keeping the pressure constant, so would always feel spongy.

Copper/Nickel pipes are better than just copper.

What Ade said. Braided hoses are fine for connecting to the calipers they are much better than rubber hoses .

Thanks for the info everyone smile I'll drop Neil an email when I go back to visit family in Kent and hopefully get the hard and flexi lines sorted then.

Do you need the bracket mine came without and a ring with a slot in it so it goes on the brackets that are on the suspension legs or are your brackets rusted away

Don't remove all the old hoses at the same time. Replace and bleed each new hose one at a time, in turn. It should help to eliminate the need for a dealer to cyclical bleed the ABS unit.
