Beeping and flashing a speed up on dash

Can you help me guys, Did a Vmax event and everytime I hit 125mph if flashed the speed up in the cluster & it didnt show me my increased speed after that although the car kept accelerating. Has previous owner set this up on the on board computer & how do I get rid of it please.Thanks in advance guys

It's probably the over speed function, which you can set to alert you when you get a bit carried away. On the Monaro at least press the mode button and on the left cluster under the temp gauge you'll eventually see an overspeed setting (marked O/S). Use the up and down buttons to change the speed
